We require either a
Credit / Debit Card number with Expiry
Date and Security Number or a Sterling
Cheque as a secure deposit, to confirm
a reservation.
We operate a 48 hour cancellation
policy for most of the year, except
during July, August and at New Year,
when we require at least 7 days notice
of any cancellation in writing and
acknowledged by us. Notice of
cancellation received less than the
above will incur a cancellation charge
equivalent to one night's
accommodation.
Minimum number of nights for any
reservation: 2 [two] - August
reservations carry a 3 [three] night
minimum. Maximum number of persons per
room: 2 [two].
Check-in time is from 3.00 pm to 6.00
pm or by prior arrangement. Check-Out
time is by 10.00 am on the day
of departure. An estimated arrival
time is requested for all
reservations.
Payment Methods: We welcome payment by
Cash, Sterling Cheques supported by a
Cheque Guaranteed Card, Sterling
Travellers Cheques or Euros. |
